     Our Company,Shenzhen North Alloy Tool Co., Ltd. is located in Shenzhen,? the Southern coastal export window of China. We are affiliated to Mudanjiang(Heilongjiang) North Tools Co., Ltd., which was established in 1953. Our company produce military and civil dual-use tungsten alloy and cemented carbide products. We are the earliest production base of cemented carbide and tungsten alloy products in China.
Our general works is located in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang province, a famous tourist city in North China, bordering the Suifen River, which is a trade port between China and Russia, neighboring the summer resort Jingbo Lake, and enjoying convenient highway, railway and aviation conditions. At present, we have 190 employees, 65 person have intermediate or senior technical titles. Our factory area is more than 15,000 square meters. We own more than 300 sets of advanced equipments, including spray granulator, cold isostatic press, 1,000-ton oil press, automatic power press, vacuum degreasing and sintering furnace, high-temperature vacuum sintering furnace, US AVS pressure sintering furnace, and ball lapping machine; as well as total fixed assets of 19.55 million Yuan. We have nine departments, they are Comprehensive Department, R&D Department, Production Department, Technology & Quality Department, Financial Department, Sales Department, Supply Department, Inspection Department and International Trade Department; we have three workshops: they are Tungsten Alloy Workshop, Cemented Carbide Workshop and Machining Workshop.
Our factory passed the Quality System Certification of ISO9001:1994 in 1997, and passed the certification of the new edition of ISO9001:2000 in 2002; had the national secondary measurement test qualification.
We joined China Tungsten Industry Association in 1986, now we are the director company of Cemented Carbide Branch; we won High-tech Enterprise and successively won the titles of Labor Model Collective of Heilongjiang Province; also Financial Source Construction Demonstration Company of Xi’an District, Mudanjiang City, in 2008.

We take full effect to resource advantages, take the lead in setting up the Tungsten Material R&D Center, carry out project cooperation with the Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Central South University and other universities and research institutes in the R&D of new materials, new processes and new technologies, providing strong and effective guarantee for the high-density tungsten alloy products needed in the scientific research, production and equipment of the national defense technology industry.
In recent years, the company invested over 80 million RMB in technical innovation of existed production line. We introduced advanced production and inspection equipments from abroad to improve our production capacity, quality of products, and market competition ability.

We have two series products with independent intellectual property right-“Satellite” Brand high-density tungsten alloy and cemented carbide. Our products are widely used in machinery, electronic, mining, building material, oil. We are striving to provide high quality products with excellent services and competitive prices. Our company enjoys a good reputation both at home and abroad. Our products are exporting to Europe, USA, Japan, and Southeast Asia, etc.

We ?produce more than ten varieties of high-density tungsten alloy products, including tungsten alloy bar, tungsten balls, tungsten alloy blocks, tungsten alloy columns, tungsten alloy electrodes, radiation shielding plate, balance weight blocks, fishing sinker and other special shape products. Cemented carbide series of products include tungsten carbide rods, high-performance button and other mining and geologic tools, cemented carbide for molds, tunnel boring machine tools, cutting tools, tungsten carbide end mills, more than 100 types of standard and non-standard alloy products.
